How to make a panel of coffee yourself (master class)?
Preparing to create a picture
Make a beautiful picture for the kitchen with their own hands is not difficult. For crafts you need materials and tools that can be found at home. You only need to purchase a stand or frame to give the product a finished look. The frame for the coffee picture should be a rich dark color, preferably brown in color for a harmonious combination.
Ingredients and tools for painting coffee beans:
- wooden frame format no more than A4;
- a sheet of puff pastry to create a background picture;
- beautiful coffee mug and with a saucer in the set;
- small coffee spoon;
- 100-150 grams of coffee beans;
- a flap of decorative burlap or gauze of a light brown shade;
- brown gouache;
- PVA glue;
When all the tools and components of the picture are assembled, you can go directly to the master class.
The dough can be made with your own hands by adding rye flour to it to give a pleasant color of baked milk or buy ready-made and defrost it beforehand. Next, you need to prepare a saucer, you need to cut it in half with a hacksaw.
When all the blanks are made, go to the base of our panels of coffee beans. The dough is rolled 1 cm thick and placed in the frame body. Then all the blanks, half of the saucer, spoon and mug are placed in the central part of the picture, as indicated in the photo. Thus, in the dough, cavities of the desired shape appear. The billet is left to dry for 1 day.
When the dough is dry, you need to continue working on a picture of coffee beans. The frame at will can be covered with gouache and give it a more saturated color. The edges of the picture, at the junction with the frame, can be decorated with grains, gluing them around the perimeter. The next stage is fixing the elements of the dishes into the prepared notches with the help of PVA glue.
The final touches of the picture
The master class ends with decoration with your own hands. A piece of burlap is glued and gently fixed under the saucer. Coffee beans are fixed by a slide over a saucer, a few are poured on a spoon and a couple of things to connect the elements.It turns out the effect of scattered grains from a spoon in a saucer.
A few coffee beans should be glued around the perimeter of the panel to fill the empty space. The final touch of the master class is to add the tracery inscription “Coffee”. It can be made with gouache or coffee solution.
